2. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in a specific proposal:

• Project-Based Work: Typically requires a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion.
• Retainer Services: Monthly retainers are billed in advance on the 1st of every month.
• Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 7 days of the due date may result in a pause of services.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns all rights to the specific funnels, websites, and automations built for them. However, WebDigitalCore retains the right to use generic code snippets, layout structures, and strategies for other clients, provided no confidential or proprietary client information is shared.

4. Limitation of Liability

WebDigitalCore shall not be held liable for any damages that arise out of the use or inability to use the materials on WebDigitalCore’s website or the services provided. We do not guarantee specific revenue results from ad campaigns, as market conditions vary.
